Do you feed it or fight it? When you stand in line at the program and listen to folks talk about "Client this and client that..." Do you correct them and let them know they are Patients and this is medical care,sorry as it is.....Are you a proud patient or one who just flows along and never asks for an increase even tho you are sick at 4 in the afternoon cuz your afraid of what you will be put thru?

no I speak my mind politely But I get shit from the staff because I have medical problems I hate the clinic I go to the staff sucks and they are very unhelpful and your right we are sick people who need some help.....
