As much as Heroin clinics are needed here it won't happen in my life time. Propaganda has turned many heads during the many years they have been at it. There was a time when the bayer company made heroin and put it in everything. The majority of patients who utilized this were women. Then came the Harrison Act pact of 1914,kinda when propaganda started..boy they been at it for a long time....just as Prohibition did not work for the alcohol,the drug war is clearly a flop...why? Because Prohibition does NOT work...
