I totally know what you mean,this last clinic I went first off ya never knew who was gonna be there or if anyone was gonna be there.
I never found the doors locked but I had been there and they have 50 people waitin to get dosed and one nurse noones ever seen before and she was the only one dosing
and the worst part is the rules changed faster than the weather,one day it was ok to have prescribed meds the next it wasnt with out them sayin so BEFORE you filled the script
I got sent back to phase 3 for 90 days because a dr wrote me a script after surgery
I hadnt even filled it and was set back for it,they wanted to be responsible for my pain meds after I cut 2 fingers of at work
they literally sent a letter to my dr telling him they would just up my dose for the pain
it was crazy,I am so glad I dont have to go there anymore,
I finally got into a pain management specilist that now writes all my scipts

Your life has changed for the better,has it not? I know when my Dr took over my medication it was like being set free. No more UA's or having to pee in front of someone,which has no place in medical care at all. I don't know of any PCD Primary Care DR who askes to watch you pee,they don't care about small minded crap like that...
